ready.  If you are unsure of your part numbers, please use our on-line parts lookup. We can
be reached Mon-Sat  8 AM - 1 PM  Atlantic Time,  excluding holidays.

Orders received before noon between monday and friday will be shipped the same day. You should receive
your order within 2-6 business days.  Once your order has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking
confirmation number. If you can't track down your order with the tracking number being sent to you please
contact us and we will do our best to locate your order.

All products are shipped after payment is received. Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.


Our return policy is pretty hassle free
AS LONG AS the following conditons are met.

1. Product must be in resalable condition. That means, clean, like new condition preferably with original
packaging. Please note that electronic parts are
not returnable.

2. You pay the return shipping cost if you order the wrong part. If we make a mistake and send you the wrong
part we will pay the shipping to exchange the merchandise.

3.
BEFORE you return the part please contact us to try to figure out what the problem is.


Special Order parts that are not in stock can take approximately 2-4 days or more to get in.
Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order.
Please Note, there is NO RETURNS on special order parts and additional shipping cost may be added
depending on weight, size, etc.

Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of Canada Post. Always check the condition of the cartons
and the merchandise before you accept the parcel. In the event of damaged or missing items, file a claim
immediately with Camada Post.

Cormier Equipment makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written. Many products
do carry a limited warranty from the manufacturer and these products are subject to the approval of the
manufacturer before a replacement or credit is issued. We will help you as much as possible to obtain
replacement or credit.

For many of us buying online is new and maybe a little intimidating.

Here's the most common question being asked:  Is it safe to give out my credit card information online?

We use
PayPal as the intermediate between the merchant and the customer. Remember you DON'T have to
open an account with PayPal to use their services and your credit card information is NEVER at any point
shared with the merchant.

After you click on the "Order Now" icon in the catalog, you will go to the "Shopping Cart". You then enter
your shipping information and click on "Continue" which brings you to the official PayPal site. Depending
on your browser you will see a padlock somewhere on the screen. This means the site is
secure for online
transactions. This is where you enter your credit card information.

Remember you DO NOT need a PayPal account to process your order. You can use your Visa, Master Card,
Discovery or American Express card to pay with and PayPal will do the credit card trasaction and will then
transfer the money to the merchant. It is perfectly safe.
